Superb hotel. Excellent location and view. Great service. Parking can be difficult. The room was worth the price. It was clean, tidy and the bed was extremely comfortable. Definitely recommended
Must try the Windows by Jamie Kennedy onsite. Fantastic farm-to-table menu, great view of falls and friendly service. Those with kids should ask for the grilled cheese sandwich with fries. Fantastic!
great location and price. Steps away from Clifton Hills and the Falls. Connected by tunnel and building to Casino Niagara.I recommend booking their package deals from the website for better value.
Overall an amazing experience. Be ready for everything to be overpriced, but it's tough to beat a top-floor fallsview room! We loved the dining, casino, and floor-to-ceiling windows.
The check in line can be crazy. Thankfully SPG elite members can use the separate line on the right side. The hotel's location is almost unbeatable but our room is showing its age.
Beautiful hotel with a great view of the American Falls from our room. Window designed with door to open, so you can hear the roar of the falls, what a beautiful way to fall asleep ❤️
Got a free upgrade to American Falls view room. Nice room. Only complaint is that the elevators are a zoo at peak times. Fridge in room, big tv, & even a tv in bathroom.
If you're willing to pay for it, get the Sheridan Club which includes wifi, an in-room fridge, and access to the club lounge (which serves breakfast, afternoon snacks and unlimited drinks).
We experienced the Spa Package...excellent experience up until we received the bill. Ensure you know how much the Spa services are valued at vs. what is in the package.Great service up to that point! Read more
Awesome view but they hit you with crazy taxes and fees. We stayed two nights. The first night was $159 and the second was $179 but after breakfast, parking, & Internet it was $600. I feel shafted.
I give this place 2 out of 5 stars for the beautiful Falls view. I am writing this at 4:44 am out of annoyance & irritation. Room 960 -- walls are paper thin. Can hear everything from next door!!!
Bypass the in lobby Starbucks and head to the Tim Hortons around the corner on Clifton Hill in front of the Sky Wheel - $11.50 for cup and coffee for the week. Compare to $28 for a week at SB.
If you don't want housekeeping, leave the brown sign out before 2am and you'll get a $5 starbucks giftcard (for the starbucks in the lobby) sure most drinks are over $5, but it's better than nothing.
Nice view of falls... What is wrong with this hotel.. you can't warm your room to above 17c in the winter. Only stay here in winter if you are immune to cold. For the price, there should be room heat!

The "PF room" charge is NOT a "tax". It's a "fee". Don't let them BS you that it's a "local tax". It's a "promotional fee" that most businesses charge to contribute to advertisement & firework etc.
Very expensive for what you get! NO freebees! And if you are on the top floor be prepared to WAIT and WAIT some more because elevators (2) are long to come and make so many stops... Stairs an option!
Marvel at breathtaking views of Horseshoe Falls and the American Falls. Located on Falls Avenue Resort, North America's largest hotel and entertainment complex, our destination hotel is in the heart of the city's top tourism district, surrounded by iconic attractions.
