Andrew HaggithOctober 31, 2013If you don't want housekeeping, leave the brown sign out before 2am and you'll get a $5 starbucks giftcard (for the starbucks in the lobby) sure most drinks are over $5, but it's better than nothing.
These folks treat the platinum member well!! It was soooo hot but they did their best to keep everything running. Great place.
Phillipee JonesJanuary 15, 2012Nice view of falls... What is wrong with this hotel.. you can't warm your room to above 17c in the winter. Only stay here in winter if you are immune to cold. For the price, there should be room heat!

Jen LAugust 12, 2013The "PF room" charge is NOT a "tax". It's a "fee". Don't let them BS you that it's a "local tax". It's a "promotional fee" that most businesses charge to contribute to advertisement & firework etc.
Very expensive for what you get! NO freebees! And if you are on the top floor be prepared to WAIT and WAIT some more because elevators (2) are long to come and make so many stops... Stairs an option!
