    If you're ever in shasta you've gotta stop by the original Black Bear Diner. And if you're not check out one of their other locations in Cali. You won't regret it.

    This is the original "Black Bear Diner" restaurant. They are now a chain in California. If you want food similar to Denny's, IHOP, Marie Callenders, but MUCH better, then go here.

    Great food, but the service goes down the drain when more than two people are waiting to be seated. Hey Black Bear: when a party of 6 comes in, don't seat them before a party of one. Ever.

    Eat here after you climb Mt. Shasta. No beers, but huge portions of great food. Breakfast is especially good
