I loved this place, it's like nowhere I've ever been. So many painfully photogenic nooks and crannies to discover. Find his other works scattered around the south Philly neighbourhood.

The artist really took his thoughts and displayed them so that everyone could admire them, I hope he realizes that his masterpiece has come to live and that with each visit something new is discovered

Such a fun and unique space of awesome urban art!!! $10 entry, but worth it - cost helps keep the place in tact and looking super cool

Very cool place to walk through but also check out the website to find the locations of public installations throughout the city. Isaiah’s work pops up in a bunch of nearby places.

Worth the private tour in the morning to learn about the history and present work of the place. Love their mosaic art in the local community.

This is a unique art installation more than a garden. On Wednesdays they have free wine and snacks. Overall a must do, at least once.

Try to catch one of the short presentations (or at least talk to a guide). Knowing a bit about the artist's story gave me a whole new appreciation and understanding of the art.

All jokes aside the Gardens do a great job summing up a lot of the culture in Philly. Some things in that garden that are literally unbelievable. As in I can't find words to describe it on here.

Beautiful little hidden gem in Center City. A great place to kill an hour or two. Go during the golden hour for the best pictures.

Stop in around 2:00 PM every day (and 4:00 PM on Fridays!) to listen in on one of our "Mosaic Musings!" Also, make sure to check our calendar for early closings when planning a visit.

Countless pieces of shattered mirror, bottles and more come together to compose beautiful works of art. Admission is $5 and don’t plan to go to the outdoor garden in the winter, it may be iced over.

This place is fantastic. Feel free to touch everything in here if you're blind, despite what the signs might say. After all, you can't read them anyway, right?

Did you know? Mosaic art has been around for thousands of years. As early as the 4th century BC, elaborate mosaic floors were features in many Ancient Greek homes. Read more

What else can you say about Isaiah Zagar? He's a magic (gardens) man. The fun, funky Magic Gardens includes a fully mosaiced indoor gallery & a massive outdoor labyrinthine mosaic sculpture.

It may only be a 3,000-square-foot plot of urban land, but there's a lot to see. Reclaimed trash mosaics, mirror and tiles make this one hidden gem.
