This is the friendly place on the parking of Terminal 1 that sells stuff at reasonable prices. Ask for simple Thai Food like fried rice and you won't be disapppinted

It's too small, no air conditioning and poor facilities. Bangkok Airways offers a good lounge with snacks, drinks and wifi! I'm so glad to flight Bkk Airways! Wifi password Chian Don DCC31102556KBV

Dont take the 150baht bus outside unless you want a small tour around the province. It stops everyone's hotel so that may take up to an hour and half before reaching yours...

Small airport but need vast improvement as it is recognized as international airport. Before going to airport be sure which terminal is your check in procedure.

If you're going to Koh Phi Phi, don't take black tiger tour or any of the shuttle buses to the pier. Just grab a taxi and go to the pier yourself.

Free Wi-Fi if you travel with Bangkok Airlines. Just ask for a personal code in their lounge (they also provide free food and coffee).

There is shuttle bus ticket in front of Black Canyon cofffe shop if u heading to aonang/krabi town/ Klong Muang/ Nam Mao/ Jilad island. Only 80-200bhat/person. The bus/van is comfort too. #cheap

About as you might expect for a small Thailand airport. Not much in conveniences, security opens when they want to & some sections in disrepair. On the upside, it has a runway and planes. :)

Security check today was strict. Take out powerbanks, laptop/electronic items and place in tray for inspection. Otherwise, they’ll ask you to take it out of the bag and put your bag for scanning again

Don't get tricked by all the people forcing you take a mini van or a taxi. There is an actual local bus leaving to Krabi Town / Ao Nang at the exit of Terminal 2.

New airport but not much in the way of facilities. Eat before you arrive and best waiting spot is the Coffee World next to check in with free wifi - access code: 0819789915.

If you fly internationally with AirAsia you still have to check in the domestic terminal (T2) and then head back to the international Terminal (T1).

Come to krabi, don't forget to visit Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra , it is a very nice resort in Klong Muang. You will get a luxury experience

Located about 15 km from Krabi city center. Besides taxi, there's shuttle bus that will take you to various places in Krabi. The ticket booth is just outside the immigration (arrival lobby).

There’s a coffee shop, a book store, a silver store and several mini-mart type shops past security in Terminal 2.

I don't think they have renovated this place since forever but I loved the fact that they provides free SIM cards for tourists. Very tourist-friendly.

Queue up to scan luggage before check in. Vat refund counter can be found almost immediately after the immigration counters. Recommend to eat before entering departure area.

In terminal 2 if you are flying with Bangkok Airways, there's a FREE VIP area.. With food, beverages and WiFi :)

Duty free is non-existent.Very little choice,probably 5 perfume brands, 5 cigarettes, 5 alcohol choices.

Good airport. An alternative for tourists avoid Phuket airport to go to Phi Phi, Railay or Lanta. But the terminals need some improvements. There is no arrive e departs monitors near to the gates.

Only a black canyon coffee and a newskiosk available inside. Lounge is before immigration so be sure to stock up before going in.

There is a subway and black canyon coffe in the international arrivals hall. Terminal 1 and 2 connected (1 min walk)

The cafe looks exclusive from outside but very disappointing on the menu and services. You cant take one order and give it to someone else! And they serve coffee in a soft drink cup

We had some trouble finding the international arrivals terminal and kept waiting for our baggage at the domestic one. The international one is one level down from domestic.

Probably the worst it can get - old airport with lots of stains everywhere, processing time on check in counter is endless, waiting room to the gates gives you the rest. 🤢🤦🏻‍♀️

A very basic international airport but you'll pass the security very quick. Arrivals should take less than 30 minutes. Take taxi at the counter inside the terminal as precaution from getting conned.

Small airport offering shuttle bus taking you to Krabi town for about 300 BTH/pers.Gind people in red shirts infront the building & they'll send you to the van.Our flight was hour delayed,no announce.
