    the recently (2012) finished Security/Food/Shopping Area in T1 offers a COA (great Thai-Food), Haussmann (Sandwiches and other little snacks for a quick take-away) and an old school-delicious bakery

    The oldest and largest terminal in Frankfurt Airport .. Lufthansa is the main user for Terminal 1, For both international & domestic flights !! P35 for arrival drop-off & P39 for departure drop-off ..

    If someone is picking u up by car. The best would b to meet them at Door 4 or 6 where they can park for a brief period. Door 5 is a bus stop area. Can t park.

    When you arrive with checked luggage, you go out into the public area of the airport first. You can take a detour at this point and have a coffee, get a snack before heading on to collect bags.

    Near the Lufthansa business and first class club rooms, there's a small cart selling great German bratwurst. Get the mustard, brochen and a bier.

    Options for a proper dinner seem few. Coa, Asian food near the center of terminal A, is a great choice!

    First of all after entry in the lounge, confirm and identify your gate. Be particular about the timings and keep your ear on the announcements being done in the airport.

    Airport clinic, which is located in T1 offers full range of different vaccination that you need to have before flying to different countries (hepatitis, yellow fever, etc)

    If you're trying to find terminal 2 then follow the signs for D and E. It is not obvious but concourse D and E are in terminal 2.

    If you have a connection here for at least 1 hour then go and get yourself a lounge access - it's overcrowded here!

    If you need free internet while you wait at this terminal, go to the information booth and request a PIN to gain access to internet. You will need your phone in order to get your pin code.

    Took me a while to find the lockers. If you're looking for one at Terminal 1, go to the first floor hall B, near to Marché restaurant.

    Wear good walking shoes. Walks, even from term A to C, are endless. A marathon is easier to do. If possible avoid FRA, do Munich.
