The Malaysian place is the most consistent - pretty good cheap laksa and the roti/curry dish are both good. Avoid the gado gado though, their peanut sauce kinda sucks.

I usually do the Hainan Chicken Rice from Taste of Malaysia. At $9, you can't go wrong. It's delicious and comes with a clear soup.

Always good the Malaysian and Thai are my favourite. Have had to wait 45mins for Chinese but when you feed 2 people for $20 it's worth it!

Somewhat of an institution, awesome for a relatively cheap wok tossed creation but has lost a little of it's shine when compared to newer Gouger st. options.
