Dewi GohSeptember 6, 2014The airport is really nice especially if you're on long wait. Make sure to check the observation deck on 5th fl. And shops sell popular gifts at the same price with the ones in the city.

RENJune 24, 2019We paid 1020 ¥ for 30 mins or $9.50 USD to shower and freshen up between international flights during our 12 hr. layover. Well worth the price to feel 100% refreshed for the long 10 hr. flight home!

This airport is massive, they have an excellent selection of food as well albeit pricey. Best if you can come already tummy filled or expect to spend more than u bargained for!
Closer to Tokyo (at least if you live on the west side of town) than Narita, clean, good food options, free wifi, smoking room... All good.

GOApril 24, 2013If your flight arrives late, you better hurry through customs and get to the bus, subway or monorail. They all stop at midnight and won't start back up until 5am. Taxiis are 2x the price at night.
Local taxis and chauffeured cars (MK taxi and others) have set fares to downtown Tokyo and you can book in advance .
