Karl MikelSeptember 11, 2013They call it "sure seats", yet you cant choose your seat. The right term I think should be is "gauranteed seats". You are gauranteed to sit, but not sure and specific enough which seat.

MynJune 11, 2014Probably much better to not get tickets online. It takes longer because the ticket staff need to write down all the details in your printout / SMS. It's not a very efficient process
The e-plus machine is always down! Instead of convenience, you'll be stranded at the entrance while they write manually record your account number! This needs improvement.

Try visiting IMAX and Director's Club at 5th level mega fashion hall... so cool!

Long wait. Small screen and too crowded. Most people aren't sensitive when watching and talks loud.
