You can charge your device for free if you go upstairs. You need to go to the big screen and use the floor sockets next to the seats

smaller than shinjuku apple store and Indoor light is a little bit dark. There are several apple app classes as other apple store.

Free High Speed Wifi here and all Apple Store worldwide! take your time here and the staffs are very friendly & fluent in English ;-)

Apple製品を使い慣れて来ると、１階の店員がアホだということがわかってきます。質問や修理などの話は、２階のジーニアス・バーを予約しましょう。iPhoneアプリでAppleStoreアプリをインストールすると、ジーニアス・バーの予約が簡単に取れます。時間は無駄にならないし、プロの対応をしてくれるし、非常に気持ちがよいです。無知な店員だらけの電器屋さんで買い物する気が失せてしまいますよ。

MacBookのネジが一つ外れて、直営店だしパーツくらい売ってだろうと思っていったら、ないどころか、専門のエンジニアがいないので、修理もできない、と…。サービスを良くしようとするあまり、アクセスが不便になっては、本末転倒というか。角を矯めて牛を殺してるというか…。予約するにしても、その予約に時間がかかるし、あまりにも使い勝手が悪すぎますね…。お店は賑やかなので、見て雰囲気を味わうだけなら、いいかも

以前の話。Mac OS X10.8がダウンロード専用になった時に、「ブロードバンド環境をお持ちでない方はアップルストアにお持ち頂ければお手伝いします。」との発表が有ったのでMacBook Pro持って行ってみた。お店の無料Wi-Fiを使わせてくれた。特に専用の場所が有る訳でもなく、お店の売り場でダウンロード。隣に外国人のお客さんが居て、片言の英語で世間話してました。本場ではこんなの有るのかな？

ワークショップでApplestoreアプリをダウンロードして、Appleストア内のWiFiに繋ぐと、Appleストアから普段有料のアプリが無料プレゼントされるのだった。いいこと聞いた(^ ^)

画面を割った等の修理(だいたい新品交換)受付は2階へ。土休日は2〜5時間待ちは当たり前なので予約してから来ることをオススメします。
