I can understand the parking, since space here is at a premium. There is a public parking garage next door if you need it. I do not understand the lack of shuttle service.

The service at the high-end hotel was impeccable, and full of celebrities. The spa and fitness center underwent a massive renovation—though we spent most of our time drinking cocktails in the hot tub. Read more

Great service and beautiful rooms! There are lots of events here though so elevators tend to get crowded.

The pool & pool staff = 5 stars. Greeter, set up our chairs, umbrella positioned correctly, suntan lotion provided, water glasses refilled often. Fresh fruit skewers, smoothie samples. Heated pool.

Here for a business reception. Food was beautifully presented, delicious, and plentiful. Desserts were works of art.

I should have packed a bathing suit - Really nice pool deck and plenty warm in October. Also I ordered a burger last night and asked if it was fresh or frozen, they said it was fresh. I doubt it.

Downtown Houston has an entire city underground. Just ask somebody about it. Take the walkway over to the Houston Center and enter the underground from there. All air conditioned and dozens of restaur

If you want to stay in the hotel make sure your room has been renovated recently as some rooms show their age......

Outside looks dated but misleading...beautiful inside and rooms are light and airy. Service is wonderful as expected.

The food, as with every Four Seasons, is absolutely spectacular. I only wished they had more fish options on their Sardinia specials.

Just brought on a new chef from Italy and food in Quattro (3rd floor) is amazing. Ask for Chef Maurizio - he takes custom orders for dinner!

If you go for drinks, be sure to get the bar to validate your valet ticket and the cost is reduced to $4.

If you are in search of yummy Vietnamese food, try Huynh. It's not far and the four season's driver will take you there and pick you up!

everything was great but a/c is not working on heat although I told them I am cold. they said their policy about not heating rooms ;( bad I won't gonna stay again...
