A nice hotel located in the middle of several shopping centres and has a underground connection to the station. Get a high floor for a great view

FerasDecember 6, 2015The hotels location is strategic right next to the Osaka station city and Herbis plaza. It has its own shopping plaza as well. Another nice place to stay at when in Osaka.
Hitomi OdaMarch 15, 2014I've never had a bad experience here. Great service and amenities, convenient location. The renovated rooms are nice - lux but comfortable. Gym/pool/ bath/sauna close at 9:45 PM.
The breakfast buffet at Checkers is great; it has both Western and Japanese breakfast foods, so you can try new things and still have your favorites, too!

Jim BaileyApril 22, 2017I would advise to choose a different hotel. The staff is rude, the lobby is like a bus station. My first and last stay at a Hilton. Very disappointing.
- Baseball fans - the Hanshin department store (1 block away) hosts the Hanshin Tigers Shop...t-shirts/jerseys/caps for your baseball fans back home!
- The staff in the Hilton Honors lounge were most helpful in finding souvenir opportunities in the area...
- If you're a wasterner, you'll love the buffet breakfast at Checkers! Many of the comforts of home!
SheepSeptember 28, 2015Location is handy, but it's a average Hilton. Good service, but that should be nothing unusual in Japan.
Of all the different executive lounges in various countries, the lounge in Osaka is somewhat disappointing. They close quite early & I can't take a drink to my room? WTH?!?!
- Don't bother ordering a draft beer in the IN Lounge; walk across the street to am/pm and buy cans at a MUCH lower price...
The Hilton Christmas train will finish on the 7th of January, so do come and see it.
