Kai GonzalesOctober 18, 2016Gorgeous hotel, wonderful staff/services and amazing facilities but a 5-star hotel shouldn't have stains on the carpet, walls and ceiling, small size shower/tub combo is something from the late 90's.

EJ HwangMay 8, 2018라세느 점심, 저녁과 중식당 도림은 언제와도 기본에 충실한 맛집! 프론트 항상 친절하시고 피트니스와 골프 응대 너무 좋습니다. 이젠 약간 오래된 호텔임에도 불구하고 개인적으론 바로옆 시그니엘보다 좋네요. 단 베이커리는 그다지 추천하고싶지 않아요~
리모델링 이후 대만족 :) 특히 욕실 정말 깔끔하니 맘에 들어요. 어메니티는 쏘쏘. 하지만 칫솔과 치약이 구비되어 있다는 특장점이 ^^

- 수영장은 레일이 쳐져있어 놀이용 보다는 운동용으로 이용하기 좋아요 ^^ 유아용 풀도 미니사이즈로 하나 있음.
7, 8층에 로티로리가 맞이하는 캐릭터 플로어가 있어요~동심의 세계로 돌아가는 듯한..특별한 날 캐릭터 룸 강추임다!
