Ana BlancoApril 7, 2018Beautiful! With some stunning interior spaces! Much more awesome than Edinburgh castle. There are some one hour guided free tours around the castle every 30 minutes and guides are really emotive!
Sampada PatelJune 1, 2018Excellent visit. Tours every half hour last for an hour but well worth it. Make sure to do the Wall Walk where you walk along the wall to the cannons and then go down to see the kitchens.

The history is acted out in an engaging way, especially so when in the Royal Palace.

Stirling Castle is one of the largest and most important castles in Scotland. It sits atop Castle Hill, an intrusive crag, which forms part of the Stirling Sill geological formation. It is surrounded on 3 sides by steep cliffs, giving it a strong defensive position
