- Sammy6000September 28, 2014Although 90% of ikea is now computer generated, the hot dogs and 8rmb beer is still almost made out of barely edible and slightly recognisable atoms and molecules.
- Time Out ShanghaiNovember 13, 2012The Xujiahui cafeteria is a surprisingly great cheap brunch option. Try its salmon platter with dill dressing and a lemon wedge, pairing well with the organic mushroom and cheese stuffed crêpes. Read more
- Hazel MaravillaAugust 29, 2013try to eat here for great affordable price..love the meatballs(it's 15pcs), tiramisu and mango juice set meal.. :)
- Dave McNovember 11, 2018The vans are a pretty good deal, if you buy some heavy stuff. ¥40 plus ¥10 for each item they lug up to your house for you. Ride with them though, they’re not very gentle.
- UmutMarch 18, 2016Great place to shop! Very busy , especially on the weekends. But what do expected in Shanghai :)
- Dave McNovember 11, 2018If you buy a lot of heavier stuff, you can hire one of these vans to lug all the stuff to your apartment for you. It’s better to ride with them though, they’re not very gentle.
- Nicholas OlsonAugust 20, 2015Swedish meatballs in the cafeteria, yes! Walk around and see all the young couples taking a break on a bed or a sofa
- Look for the extra seating area if you\'re having trouble finding a seat in the cafe. A little hard to find. Plenty of free tables, even on the weekend.
- Dave McSeptember 2, 2017I always wonder how many people buy something versus how many just use the showroom as a free activity for the day?
- tvnewswatchOctober 20, 2013Gets very crowded at weekends. Family Card is good even if obtained in another country.
- The service department is quite helpful: the replaced a table top and a lamp screw free of charge even though I broke them!
- Finally, someone figured it out. A separate waiting area for taxi app users. One of the many signs of IKEA's genius.
- Ruoling ShenDecember 1, 2011People mountain people sea in holidays and weekends... But free coffee, meat balls and other snacks are lovely !!!
- David Michail SutionoMarch 6, 2015This place is so big, almost all of house needs is here, and the food is not bad
- Best IKEA in shanghai even there are always many many ppl. Love it!
- Dave McNovember 11, 2018This is why it’s so hard to buy furniture at IKEA. A large number of people think it’s a free hotel! 🤷♂️
- Free beds and couches for any random stranger feeling like a nap. No need to buy anything. No questions asked!
- As an IKEA it's fine. But as a place it's a nightmare. Get beers at the cafe before you go shopping. It helps.
- frankJuly 2, 2011Ask the family sleeping on the mattress if it's okay for you to sleep next to them.
- Gavin LlewellynJanuary 15, 2013Enter * walk walk walk * eat * walk walk walk * leave. BTW great displays
- Please change location , creator! the location now is not right!
- It's always crowded, but if you must go, do it on a weekday morning. Definitely before 11:30!
- Teejay KimMarch 25, 2013Furniture looks cheap but kitchen ware and other small interior items were decent
- Jean ChongSeptember 8, 2011Breakfast selection sucks. Eat somewhere else first before coming in the morning.

- Shanghai HunterSeptember 10, 2012IKEA's food is really bad. The only things good are the meat balls :)(Check reviews, wechat: shanghai_hunter and facebook)
- IKEA shanghai services (store and restaurant) have been failing since 2009
