Spacious, with great shops,original things(prices are higher).I had fresh and tasty panini,freshly made (the place on left from McDonalds).Check in was fast,staff is nice.We even did get the wifi.

It's very convenient low-cost airport just near the A1 route. Free WiFi after registration. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants. Comfortable car rent zone. Very slow security control. Buses to Milan.

The airport has got bigger during the past few years. There are many clothing and souvenir shops inside, and also a nice food area. The wait for the security control can be quite long.

If you have a flight from B gates, say goodbye to stores and also know that if you have a flight early in the morning, you may not find any shops open at all...

Very efficient and a great way to enter Italy from Europe via low cost airlines. Make sure to visit Bergamo's old City, Città Alta, before heading for Milan, Florence, or Venice!

I think Italian government is very pootir. Just one officer is working😕 this means hours you will stand on the pasaport control.

pretty small but if you are waiting during the night there are at least onebar open, so you can be there and have your coffee, whatever. But forget about free wifi, price for it starts 6e for 1 hour

Get here early because the lines for passport control and baggage x-ray are ridiculously long and move slowly. Inside, the airport has quite a number of shops for all tastes.

Very fast and stable Wi-Fi connection (most importantly - FREE). Other than that - charge your phone before coming to the Airport. ONE power socket in boarding room. Big Mall 10min away from Airport

You must arrive earlier then your fly time, the line for controls is very very long about one hour min... There is the solution FAST track at 7€ plus!!!!

The road to the gates takes much time, but the airport itself is clean and comfortable. Buses to the center are cheaper (#1) and then take a train to Milan (cheaper, than taking direct bus).

Nice and clean place to spend time you are waiting for flight. Wi-Fi works very good and you can use massage chair for few €.

Without a doubt not the best place to spent few hours before you flight, especially during the night, be careful main terminal is closed at night till 3am.

7/10 Not very small airport but many stores and bakeries inside. Before the exit there is the info point. Very friendly and very polite! Outside many bus stations also

If you are going for Gate B, after you pass the controls and go upstairs. Take the shop Legami to pass the otherside and you directly end up in front of Gate B, saving your precious time.

Vicook bistro is very good (landside) if you arrive early - good food, quiet, away from the crowds downstairs.

If you are a diners club or priority pass cardholder go to the vip lounge next to the security and skip the queue after havin relaxed and enjoyed drinks and newspapers. Super friendly staff!

It's ok, great value for money. There are a few shops after security. It's quite a walk to the big shopping mall on the other side of the street if you're waiting for a long time, but doable.

If you want skip all queues - go through the vip lounge. It provides baggage check in service and access to the fast track. Access costs 22 eur, or free with priority pass card.

The public area is very uncomfortable (few chairs) You cannot rest waiting flight connections (there is a cleaning machine wandering around sleeping-on-the-floor people!) There is NO FREE INTERNET!

Make sure to arrive early to the airport if you are coming by car. There is usually traffic at the highway exit

This airport is not so bad. The Motta Bar is amazing and reasonably priced. Overall It's warm and convenient.m, considering that during my visit there were -8 degrees outside.

Sadly all investment over last 10 years went to opening more shops and making walks longer. chaotic & slow security control, no sockets in the whole airport (for money, no laptops)

The best way to get to Milan city center is with the Orioshuttle. The trip is 50 minutes long and costs € 10 one way. You can buy the ticket at the bus stop in front of the airport.

There is no restaurant, shops or even enough seating after the passport control point. Try to pass control last minute.

The bus ticket to Milan central station is €10 online or €12 by the counter. You can also buy it in front of the bus.

Be aware that the Departure area closes during the late night so eventually go to the Arrival's one (arent Airport supposed to be 24/7 FTW!?) :P

Good for transfer with a low cost Airlines. But no AC plugs, the wifi is terrible, but the view is really nice :) the security sometimes really busy and not that modern.

Very long queues to the security check, keep it in mind. The airport closes at night for a while when cleaning.

It's the small airport right outside Milan so you need to take a bus to the city which is just 5 euros. But since it's so small, it's very busy and crowded.

Nice area with good shops and snacks. Staff, however is a different story- slow services, endless queues.
