Se7enthAngelJanuary 6, 2018An оasіs оf art, freedоm and сreatіvіty.15 to 20 mins walk frm old town. Weird yet wonderful place. Given time, I could admire the art here for hours. Opening Hours: 24 hours, but the bars open 6pm
Tavon .January 10, 2016Metelkovo mesto is a very well known area in Ljubljana. Full of original buildings and art, as well as bars and clubs. A must see for anyone visiting the city.
A must see while in Ljubljana! There's always something going on from french lessons to badass concerts and vegan food stands. Bring your own booze and when that's gone go get yourself a beer or seven

Famous squatted area! Has many venues and art spaces. Always full of interesting people.

The Metelkova mesto alternative culture centre is located in a former barracks complex. It developed into an important centre of alternative culture and a vibrant venue for concerts, club nights, lectures and other events featuring artists from around the world.
