Here the ramen is completely customizable, wonderful Fukuoka-style tonkotsu base and you fill out a form indicating your other preferences, English OK. Here is 10x spice.

Raj S.August 26, 2014Of all the ramen I've had, this is by far my favorite spot. Extra rich, medium spice and pork and prepare to taste heaven. Such buttery, complex flavor from a ramen broth. Unlike anything in the US.

MeNa KunSeptember 21, 2019I didn’t need to queue! I went during peak dinner hours and the place is empty! Probably the only ichiran without the queue.
