According to Trip Advisor reviews, this place has Ice Cream City (every flavor including raw horse meat-eep!) also Yummy Gyoza at the Gyoza Stadium. Admission 300 yen

This food theme park is hilarious and bizarre. It's in the Sunshine City building near Ikebukuru. 300 yen (~$3)

I suppose that if you have kids this is fun, but we went there for the weird ice cream flavor shop. Not worth it.

アトラクションもいいし、餃子スタジアムと東京デザート共和国と世界のカレーとか楽しみながらお食事できて楽しいな〜。あんな狭いスペースなのに１日中遊べてしまうのがうれしい♪
