Singapore customs is really inefficient at handling the congestion problem both in or out bound. All in the name of security. But does it really have to be one or the other?

IMHO Drivers who cut Q using lori/lorry/truck/van lane should be punished or cursed (anything up to ur imagination) whichever they believes.
