    Doesn't matter the type of traffic or which day...airport, construction, or merging to the Belt Parkway starts in either direction by 1:30pm. Prepare to leave EARLY!!! Good traffic flow starts by 7pm.

    If you're planning on coming here, it's advisable to do so in a car. This is totally not a walkable expressway.
