Not always you know what you are eating. Doesn't matter, just leave it to the staff as you will definitely enjoy interesting but great taste that you can enjoy only here.

初めて行かれる方は、料理の予算総額だけ伝えて、「初めてなのでおすすめで」とオーダーされるとよいと思います。普通の焼鳥屋さんの感覚でありきたりなメニューをオーダーしてしまうと、「鳥茂」を満喫することはできません。このお店では、ぜひ、「おすすめ」を信じるべき！
