I've been seeing Frank since about 1990, he's an East End institution. Haircuts are now $17 but still the best value in town.

An old-fashioned barber shop - be prepared to wait. $16 for a trim, $20 for beard as well.

Men's haircut still only $15 at Franks. It's like a timewarp in here. Authentic Italian barber.

Ask for a shave with a real cut-throat razor.
