- KazyDecember 25, 202212 スペシャル(うどん) 1,520円。キャベツ、モヤシ、ネギの野菜。モヤシが他店より多め。場所がら回転を速めるためか、八昌や越田とは違い、ひっくり返して豚肉を土台に生地を被せてからある程度たつと押し付けて焼かれている。国産イカ、エビが結構入っている。そばが人気だが、うどんも美味しい(そばが入ってくるまで、もともとはうどんだったそう)。玉子でサンドし、うっすらソースと青のりが掛けられ仕上げ。
- KazyDecember 25, 2022ソース3種類に、卓上には一味と胡椒。もともと掛かっているのは黄色の甘口ソース。赤が辛口ソースで、取っ手のない白が無添加ソース。全部試してみたけど、個人的には黄色が一番合っているように感じた。胡椒はお好み焼専用のもので、味が変わるのでまずは部分的に試すのが良いかと。
