- Delaney Farms is where I always buy fresh corn. I also buy a variety of herb plants and other vegetables there. Some of their fresh vegetables are organically grown. In shed D (for Delaney!)

- Find recess coffee. The vendor is there every weekend, all year with samples of Syracuse local, organic, fair trade, fresh roasted coffee and vegan cookies!
- Make sure you grab some dog treats from Full Circle Feed! My friend's dog goes crazy for them and the business is owned by a SUNY-ESF grad who wants to keep it local!

- Longhorn Ranch and Heller's both located in C shed are both local and carry locally grown produce and meats. Get your lettuce and fish at refresh Farms.
- A place where you can buy local produce, eggs, meat, pasta, soap and more! Not all vendors are selling local stuff, so ask and/or be aware of what is in season.

- Sunday at the regional market is where you can find some good deals on old stuff and some new stuff too. Saturday is the day for produce and flowers. Oh btw it's open all year long for both days

- Great spot, even this time of year, for fresh fruits n vegetables.
- Always inquire where the farm is if they don't display it. Some of the booths are just dealers & you're not getting local produce!
- Always LOVE the fish place --- often got fresh whole fish or even live blue shell crabs in the fall, but not always though.
- Delaney Farms (shed C? at the end) always has good herb & flowering plants in the spring. By August, farm fresh produce is also available, including outstanding corn!
- Make sure to check out the demo kitchen on Saturday. Delicious free samples of local, fresh produce.
- Refresh farms sells locally grown lettuce and tilapia , all aquaponic. No pesticides or artificial fertilizers.
- Open year round, heated in the winter! Buy local, support your community's farmers!
- Go see Aubry at Witty Wicks and see her beautiful candles! A portion of every "hope" candle is donated to Hope for Heather!
- If the vendor has bananas on their table then they're not local. Support your local farmers!
- I fill my backseat with fresh fruit and vegetables for less than $20 every week!

- Make sure to stop by the demo kitchen on Saturday mornings for free samples of fresh, local fare.
- Not a lot of organic vendors. Have to ask before buying if you want organic. :(
