- Mariana GuedesJune 13, 2016The Mezquita is amazing! A must see. If you get there early (between 8-9:30) you can get in for free, after that is 8 euro. Enjoy the gardens if it's not too hot outside
- The Cathedral of Cordoba, Great Mosque. Building Cultural Heritage Site, built in 786. In 1238, the mosque is reconverted Catholic cathedral.Upvoted 1 week ago
- Leah GreeneMay 17, 201710 euros per person for general admission. Very cool to see the mix of Muslim and Catholic architecture in one cathedral. It only takes about an hour to see the whole thing.
- Dan SmithSeptember 28, 2018Amazing architecture. Entry to the gardens is free. Mosque entry is €10; but free between 8:30 and 9:30 in the morning. Enter via the side doors (not the big front door).
- Rick VeldhuisOctober 12, 2018Beautiful, but also weird to see a cathedral inside a building built by the Mores. But definitely a must-see when you’re in Cordoba..!
- Luís Barbosa VicenteSeptember 13, 2014The most beautiful building of Iberia, glory of Al-Andalus. Visiting at the end of the day means avoiding queues, delighting in the lemon tree yard and enjoying the sunset through the stained glass.
- Sandy AvellanedaJuly 25, 2019A MUST when visiting Córdoba, no photos make justice for what you can see and feel inside.
- Alexandra SterninApril 24, 2017Undoubtedly beautiful, the visually incredible Muslim installations are outnumbered by rather gaudy Christian decor: a real surprise. A reminder of history of conquest :( but very impressive overall.
- Jackie LhoAugust 16, 2015One of the most stunning and interesting cultural sites I've ever visited! Make sure to see the mosaic wall gifted from Byzantium.
- Joel BFebruary 26, 2017Free entry between 8:30-9:30am on Saturday mornings. No tour groups permitted during this time so it's not crowded either!
- 2014: free entrance from 8.30 to 9.20 aprox. They'll kick you out for the mass and at 10 it's 8,5€. No student discount. Audio guide 3€. Nevertheless, it's a must see once in a lifetime at least.
- Brecht HortensiusJuly 10, 2016A must for every Andalucia visitor. Remarkable blend of moorish and the later added baroque styles. Place of self reflection.
- Andries VerslyppeApril 7, 2018This unique and beautiful place (mosque and cathedral in the same space) is something to experience. The chapel glorifying the crusades is a bit awkward though.
- Rozetta MarieNovember 13, 2014This place is amazing. Lots of pictures to take. Take your time to see everything at your own pace. I liked the Mesquita better than Alhambra in Granada.
- Charlotte M.January 24, 2016Truely amazing piece of architecture and history. Take an audioguide or join the free walking tour before to get all the historic facts about the city.
- MaryAugust 26, 2016Most worthy landmark in Córdoba, a strange, incongruous place of worship that was a mosque before it was converted into a cathedral. Its Moorish arches are iconic.
- Cody GriggersDecember 8, 2015Skip the lines and buy your ticket from the (cash-only) automatic machines to the left. Possibly the most beautiful religious building I've visited.
- Wendy Lee-WarneJune 10, 2013A gorgeous cathedral and one that is significant in its Islamic architecture. A sight that is not to be missed if you are in Andalucia!
- Christophe derasJuly 21, 2014The documentation provided is pretty oriented to excuse the erection of the basilic while the Mosque is absolutly the masterpiece!
- Robin OostrumApril 24, 2016Be prepared for a unique blend of ancient Moorish culture and Christian prosperity. One of the most stunning pieces of religious architecture to be found in western Europe.
- Laia ReverteOctober 31, 2017Wonderful architecture. Going through the monument and the audioguide by yourself might be a bit confusing.
- Annette Kjær RiechertSeptember 18, 2017A must when you are in Cordoba. Even though it is very touristed IT is well worth going there.
- Polyxeni KaraAugust 13, 2017It was really nice!!!i just a bit of expensive i think for the monument, and going to to the bell tower is 2 euros more.total 12 euros!
- MatthiasSeptember 11, 2014Free entry for morning mass from 8:30-9:20. However, this is for individual tourists only. Groups must pay and can only enter after 10am.
- Henric U.May 18, 2013It makes you upset about how little respect the christians had for this magnificent islamic masterpiece.

- Aik SSeptember 20, 2015Was a mosque, now a cathedral and a museum. Things are quite complicated but this worship place can make it all clear for all!
- Stephane B.September 10, 2013The first hour in the morning is banned to tourists groups (yeah!) and ... free. Great to enjoy it in silence.
- Sergey MohovApril 18, 2014You need tickets to enter, they only sell those in kiosks, so the lines move fast, but there are many separate ones.
- Sergey MohovApril 18, 2014The place is full of tourists, lines everywhere. The audioguides are no longer free and are sometimes closed. They have radioguides for groups.
- Angie HarmonMarch 18, 2015Look at the pillars. You can find the builders' signatures on some of them.
- sveta libarteApril 29, 2015Don't stay in a queue- use the ticket machine on the left from ticket office!
