Road approaching station is possibly the worst roads I have ever seen in London. In state of total disrepair and neglect. More deep water filled pot-holes than flat surface.

Weird road from the station with potholes and full of mud. You can't walk on the pavement as it's even worse!

Wear a pair of boots on Plawsfield road. Unadopted road, in a poor state!
