- JonasAugust 22, 2013Fast free WiFi provided by the airport is available in the arrivals hall close to the doors leading to the luggage pick-up area. At the domestic departure gates, free WiFi is available as well.
- Burger king and some convenience stores on first floor (arrivals). On second floor (departures) at the left escalator you can wrap suitcases or fragile items for reasonable price. Good Wi-Fi @ gate E.

- Sito 🐶July 17, 2013Go to Burger King on the second floor for WiFi access. There's a password on the counter for "6am free wifi", but after that you need to get another code from any of the BK workers. Welcome to China!
- They have free wifi and a lot of restaurants to choose from while waiting for your flight.
- Klaus TMay 30, 2013Take care on non official taxi driver, although looking official with their dress. Try to pick after the arrival. Take instead maglev, the hypertrain at highspeed to Shanghai and than by taxi or metro
- Avoid the restaurants and cafes on the ground level after you cleared the customs. Most of them are a tip off. Head to level 2 where you'll find a cafe, noodle stall, pizza stand and Burger King.
- Yanick LandryJuly 13, 2019Taxis are scams ! Use Didi instead. The waiting post is at B1 level of the P2 parking lots (follow the signs for Parking). If you don't have the Didi app, use the web version in WeChat Wallet.

- Immigration line can be very long, but most gates are close by. For such a major airport, it's nice that you don't have to walk very far (like HKG or sometimes NRT)
- Arrived late? You may waiting about one hour for the taxi! You can take the Airport but to going to midtown without waiting. Go to the Terminal 1, No. 6 Gate of first floor, there is a midnight bus.

- Burger King in arrival hall is the only decent waiting place, but it can be super crowded sometimes. Wifi AP is 6M Free Wifi and password is 9876543210.
