Like on 5th avenue in NYC. You just see the entrance and walk down the stairs to the lower floor. And then you get what you expected.

Iconic Apple store, made up of glass and in cylinder shape. Its underground with glass cylinder above ground. nice desing.

Service is good, I think their flag ship store for Shanghai. Only draw back is when a new product is introduced. Too crowded then!

Terribly difficult to get an appointment at the genius bar. Avoid visiting the genius bar on weekends when you'll have to wait a long time.
