Considering it's a mainline station, there's not a lot here.
You can car further round Wilson P St. towards Bridgefoot at a manned carpark for much less than the official ones. The guys there are really friendly and you can leave your car there for days.

Costa and a travelines shop added to the station but rammed during rush hour, unless they have three staff members on the till.

Main station in Warrington for trains to London & Scotland. If you need a taxi it’s probably best to try and get a local number first as it isn’t unusual to have to queue for half an hour
You can't pay buy mobile at the car park anymore. They appear to be changing the parking arrangments. You can pay at the ticket office.
The ham and cheese pan-inis are a pretty delicious way home snack!

Railway station with a shop and small café. Services to Wigan, Blackpool, Glasgow, London etc

Travelling first class somewhere? Don't expect a first class lounge or complementary tea & coffee here. Go to Runcorn station instead.

Darren McDonaldMarch 18, 2012And I thought Wigan was a scary place.... Walking from Warrington central to bank quay was like a scene from the Evil dead.
Had to sleep rough here 1990 after watching pixies in Manchester and catching wrong train it's was chuffing freezing
Don't go to platform 2 on a Sunday and expect the shop and waiting room to be open. Use the shop at the entrance instead.
