This place is huge! Come with some time in your day to explore. There's food/snacks/drinks too but bringing your own cart and water bottle would be smart.

Incredible! Arrive before 9am, start in the back and work your way forward, wear comfortable shoes and a jacket, bring cash, and don't forget to haggle.

While my wife and I have yet to come home with a major find, the fair is impressive in scale, scope, and quality. The location on the Bay from is both beautiful and exposed. Bring your sunscreen!

So fun. Get there early and bring your old lady cart! Lots of walking and looking to be had. Many deals but not a lot of haggling. Delicious food trucks but SO overpriced.

When leaving there are more ways off the island than the Posey Tube...look them up before you head out and try them! Unless you like gridlock :)

Get there early and bring cash. Hours of walking. Worth the trip but to many people.

Bring walking shoes... or a horse. Go early. Longest line of the day is at the colossal sausage tent food truck... worth the wait!!!

Delightful place and fun collection of antiques and more - suggest a "quick" walk around and the zoom back to the favorites.

Get here early! Even though it's more expensive, you'll have closer parking and more selection.

Start all the way in the back and work your way to the front...the back vendors usually aren't there every month and are more willing to haggle.

Huge. Interesting to check out at least once. Prices aren't cheap but not so ridiculous either. Tiered admission prices that are more expensive earlier in the a.m.

Come the first Sunday of the month. Bring sunglasses, sunscreen & a shopping trolly! Summer requires sunscreen, a sunhat, a parasol & a light jacket. Winter requires a heavy coat, a scarf & gloves!
