TBS is the ONLY integrated bus center linked with other public transports in KL area. It's provide a great junction for you to go to any places in KL. Other states in Malaysia should've their own TBS

Nice bus terminal in M'sia. Clean and spacious, well taking care. The security (police) very efficient n alert. Parking very good with RM3/entry/day. Proud as a Malaysian.Upvoted Feb 18
The food is good same goes to the transport. But here’s the tip, make sure to buy the ticket early if u don’t want to experience sleeping at TBS. xd
The girl at the online ticket counter is very nice. She smiled even when i don't print my ticket, gave her the wrong code and there's so many customer she has to entertain, yet she still laugh & smile
Anna Wróbel-skaJune 27, 2013It's possible to sleep at the station if you miss your bus (suprising number of people does, aim to arrive early ;). Has a coffee bar with inexpensive fried rice/roti and a wi-fi hot spot ;)
muhazam a azizJune 6, 2017Feel like being in airport. Nice place n convenience . The ticketing system maybe confusing for 1st timer as you need to redeem ur boarding pass should u bought ur ticket earlier not from TBS.
Look for sup meletop. Shiraj curry house got nice ayam madu briyani. Nasi ayam panggang also nice too. Satay madu in food court and new asam pedas claypot. A lot of food stalls here.

i called it as mini airport . better service, clean toilet and nampak mewah compared to other terminal yg pernah aku pergi . thumbs up !- You can locate 3 convenience stores 7eleven, KKMart, and MyNews next to the Customer Service Office LEVEL 3. The CS office provides phone charging, e-ticketing & e-booking receipt printing as well.

You can buy tickets at all the counters or using the machine. Tickets also can be bought online and get the boarding pass at the counter 😎
Great ambiance .. Many counter and choices of shop for food. Car park full long hols. Cuma sedih window shop kat sini, barang2 dlm kedai like car bootsale goods even tge food ada tamat tarikh luput.
Ty LeMay 12, 2015Buy bus tickets at one of the stalls (there are lots, they have different destinations and departure times so look for info posted). Ask for type of bus seating. The 2-1 seating is more spacious

Miss JenDecember 15, 2013If your bus from Johor Baru arrives past midnight to early dawn, go upstairs inside the Terminal. Some shops open for a quick bite & you can find a nice quiet spot to sit, wait & charge your gadgets.

Jessa VNovember 21, 2015Good thing their ticket counters are centralized, rather than on a per bus company basis. And yes, this is almost like an airport. Waiting areas are wide and toilets are well maintained.
Mohon pihak pengurusan sediakan 'Charging Stations' untuk travellers mengecas peranti masing-masing sementara menunggu ketibaan bas/tren. It would be really helpful to have this :)
Pamela LimApril 13, 2013Outstation taxis are obtainable at Level 4 & city taxis at Level 1 across the bridge from the bus terminal towards the trains. Lady travellers should use the MyTeksi smartphone app to book a cab.
Parked my car here for 5 days 4 nights Level 4 A2. Parking charge is RM3 per day so paid RM15 for 5 days. All intact 👍👍👍👍👍
ladies, go to the toilet at the far end of the terminal, near the post office. it's much more civilized and bearable than the one close to point mini market.

arief budiwidayantoDecember 22, 2013The cheapest overnite parking in town, only RM 3 a nite! Then you can take Jetbus to LCCT or KLIA Transit to KLIA from here. Very convenient.

TBS even provided a smoking room down at the departure lobby. It really lives up to the name "the best bus terminal in Malaysia".
BTS-SIT is the premier transport hub in the capital for travels to southern Penisular Malaysia.It is linked by other transport systems such as the ERL-KLIA Transit Train,KTM Komuter and STAR Rapid KL.
If you are boarding a Transnasional bus, make sure you come early. You have to change your ticket to boarding pass at counter A, B, or C. Failure means you are not permitted into boarding platform.
Using this terminal for my trip back to JB weekly. I'm satisfied to date. Hassle free. Did try last minute ticket, kiosk ticketing ...so far the best in Malaysia or ASEAN!
