One girl barrista made my iced caramel macchiato upside down with extra extra caramel right! Props to her. It was really good! Don't know her name though so can't mention it here.

This SB location has poor customer service, they have no issue with making making you the wrong drink & NOT offering to fix it, and the restrooms are never clean. Avoid at all cost
