- Prepaid auto here can be booked outside station just at 1 rs and the destination will be written on the slip. Wait for your turn and Policeman will help with rick .#kerala @keralatourism
- Shivani GargOctober 3, 2013Construction work happening on platform 3-4 on one side. Gets very crowded. Better to find out where the coach will stop before train arrives to prevent last minute rush & brushing into sweaty people.

- Lots of parking spaces getting included year by year and they don't allow you to stop for even for a few minutes to go pickup someone?
- You can use the Airconditioned waiting hall at Platform #1 by paying just Rs.10/- per person for two hours! Tidy place as well!!

- If u want to go to padmanaba temple get out from junction back entrance and a little bit walk only can get auto for 20 r 30 rs from railway station
- arun rajMarch 18, 20135 platforms. Heavy rush. Foot overbridges experiences heavy rush. Book stall is by the main entrance. The veg canteen is not good. Plenty of stalls on every platforms. Get early for taking tickets.
- If you are late , visit the atvm counter to get tickets as the queue is small there. Atvm counter gives ticket from a Kiosk. You won't get sleeper tickets but that is okay.
- Must check out the railway canteen.. Tasty foods at cheap rates... Its hard to get a table when a train arrives...

- Pay just 10Rs for an hour and you can use the air-conditioned waiting room if you have a valid ticket. Its in first platform near VIP lounge

- U can refresh here at 10 rs in AC hall @ 1 platform for 2 hrs
- "SL2" coach of "Jan Shatabdi" is the last coach of the train.
- restaurant inside the railway station is not too expensive....

- if u wanna take rest,therz one a/c waiting room in platform no.1. Pay 10rs for 2hrs
- Jan Shatabdi is one of the classic smelly train. Yuck..... Total garbage......
