Very friendly and helpful staff. Big rooms, but a little outdated decor. The free happy hour food and drinks are great and the free breakfast includes made to order omelettes! I've stayed here twice.

Everything is great about this place! pool and spa are great, free breakfast with omelets made to order, free wines, beers, and cocktails during happy hour. The staff is amazing! Family's welcome!

They'll pick you up from and track take you to San Jose Airport for free if you're staying here. Sometimes in a stretch limo......

Was paid by Google so I wasn't aware of the cost. Definitely best place I've stayed in NA so far. The breakfast "buffet" is basically an omelet

Hotel and room is great. Service and reception is questionable. I had to ask for key to minibar. Tv didn’t work - talked to several people before they fixed it. Do not disturb sign not respected

No on-site laundry is a downer for such an expensive hotel, but for pool buffs, there is a heated pool and spa open year round.
