Lisa Roth teaches an AMAZING Body Pump class on Mondays at 12.15 and Thursdays at 9:30 am. (Provided no schedules have changed.)

Sherry teaches a mean Zumba class on Monday nights. Pilates on Wednesdays are awesome. Total Strength on Sunday is a killer!

The staff are friendly, the wellness center is not intimidating, and Child Watch is a great place to leave your kid while you work out.
