    Ask them to make Gong Bao chicken the correct way instead of the typical sweet and gloppy method. They'll do it and it's excellent!

    Amazing food. Have some Chinese tea (the pot is huge, it will last forever) and try the shredded crispy beef in Cantonese sauce. Heaven.

    Excellent n tasty food at very very reasonable cost. For those who like it hot, try the spicy poached lamb, totally yummy !

    Ask for the Gong Bao Chicken extra spicy, and look them straight in the eye so they know you mean it.

    There's the sze chuan chilli pepper and then there's the sze chuan peppercorn. Stay away from the peppercorns unless you want a numb tongue...
