Great food and outstanding service from really friendly staff! We didn't book a table so had a 20 minute wait but passed the time in the shop and at the bar. Would definitely recommend for all ages!
Hard Rock Cafe Honolulu achieved LEED Silver certification for energy use, lighting, water and material use as well as incorporating a variety of other sustainable strategies. CONGRATS HRC Honolulu!!!
Mai tai was weak, as were the fish tacos. The furikake fries with spicyketchup and Oreo cheesecake (they make it fresh each day, not the frozen crap) were excellent.
Bangkok shrimp were great! Burgers were perfectly cooked while the atmosphere was fun! Fish tacos were weak (try other places). All drinks were really good. I highly suggest going!
Its a great place to take your friends for dinner. I have been employed by them since the opening of the new restaurant in November 2010. The food is great and plentiful. Enjoy!!!!!
Service was quick despite there being a full house. Nick was awesome and took very good care of us. Food was also fantastic. Will definitely be back during our stay.
Waitstaff is aggressive: you WILL join their loyalty program, you WILL give them your contact info, and you certainly WILL give your server a 10 on their online survey about your experience. Or else.
Not a fan of the music that's playing. Ask your server if you can request a song. They have these cool iPads where they can select songs. Not every song, but lots ;)
12 people at the bar, with a bar back and a service wellbartender and the bartender still found things to do besides serve us. And yes, I agree, I think this draftBud Light is watered down.
Do a little research on where to eat properly if you took the effort to go to Hawaii. Went with a group that I almost abandoned upon hearing where the the reservation was... I should have.
I always worry when the first thing I see in a restaurant is a retail store, and not the food that's being served. Still, their cocktails are worth getting.
Good drinks, not as overpriced as you would expect, still a bit pricey. Bar service pretty slow even with the bar not busy. Pretty sure the bud light on draft is watered down.
