Great location to walk around Shinjuku, nice views, easy shuttle to/from both area airports, more than enough English speakers to make Americans comfortable. A great base for a trip to Tokyo!
A nice hotel to stay at in Shinjuku. Close to Shinjuku station (about a 10 min walk) and if you don't want to walk, there is a free hotel shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes.
2 free complimentary water bottles (refilled each day with housekeeping), nice city views, nice beds, lounge was awesome, breakfast and evening cocktails were awesome, underground passage to subway.
Exec lounge: breakfast is really a light one so you get some more choices downstairs. Quite a lot people here this weekend and everything they serve is disappearing FASTer than they get new available.
Fantastic location, especially when you account for the free shuttle 3x an hour to Shinjuku Station, and the 2 stations it is connected to via an underground connection
Spacious rooms. staff are super friendly. Downstairs restaurant food has SUPERB tomato soup & desserts. Hibtopia YakinikuRestaurant surprised us by adding Y2400 hidden table rental fee to bill.
The best! Service, rooms, executive lounge, the fact that it is connected to the subway and you can reach it by Limousine Bus. Staff deserves extra kudo’s
Hiltopia under the hotel is a great gem! Eat at Ashoka if you want exception Indian food. Also hiltopia connects you to the nishi-shinjuku metro stop and the tocheomae(sp) metro stop.
For first timers to Tokyo . Try Ichira Ramen... easy simple food! Hilton has a shuttle bus every 20 min to shinjuku station ... youll find a few ichira ramen places there.
Very helpful staff. Location is very convenient with the option to take the metro, shuttle or walk to the Shinjuku station. You can even walk entirely underground.
the Hilton Tokyo is another high-end favourite. “If you can afford to splurge, get a room on one of the executive floors,” Keiko Nagamatsu tells me. Read more
The executive floor includes a lounge access. The lounge has a great view of the city, many complimentary drinks and fantastic Japanese breakfasts served every morning. Try to stay there if you can.
The Hilton Tokyo is a popular hotel with visitors to Tokyo. While it's not the newest hotel, the service and food options are great. There is a free shuttle to Shinjuku Station. Read more
If u wanna go to ginza or roppongi, no need to ride the free shuttle to shinjuku station. There are 2 nearby metro stations that are accessible from the basement of the hotel. Much easier.
marblelounge is available for 24 hours. Once you order a cup of coffee, you could have free refill. I recommend to use when you have to kill some tasks.haha
I stayed here August 2012 and liked it. I am here currently August 2013 once more and it is horrible. Loud banging, annoying people staying here, rude staff, and shuttle bus is always packed.
