- Heather RodriguezMarch 24, 2015Nagoya is famous for their hitsumabushi. I'm not a fan of sweet eel, but this was so delicious. Highly recommend. Get the mini hitsumabushi. Delicious stuff!!

- Koichi SogaDecember 4, 2017上ひつまぶしを頂きました。皮はパリパリに芳ばしく焼かれていて、ウナギの蒲焼とは焼き方が違う様です。それをお出汁にしたすとまた食感が変わり。とても美味しいです。蒲焼を細かく切ってお櫃に入れた食べ方が櫃まぶしと思ってましたが、そうでは無かったので、驚きです。

- MasanoriMarch 18, 2017おいしいひつまぶし。かなり混んでいます。平日も混むそうですが、土曜日の19時頃は1時間半待ちでした。予約できるなら予約しましょう。1名だとカウンターのあるJR名古屋駅店のほうが早いかもしれません。
