Your rate doesn't include breakfast? Head in the city! Le pain quotidien is a great place, and easily reached from the hotel.

Avoid dinning in the restaurant when hotel is busy. The restaurant is short on staff. Just 3 waitresses for very large dining room. 45-60 minutes waiting time for the food is little bit too much.
Ask for upgrade to superior room. (i.e 11th floor) and a room at the back of the building. (less noise from highway)- Upgrade to a Deluxe Room if available, you'll get a free drink, free parking and a free in-house movie!
@satorifoodieJune 21, 2022Restaurant was horrible, arrogant and slow. Spa was ok, steam room smelled like piss, no joke, the whole place smelled like urine. Staff at reception was nice and helpful though. Won’t return.

Rhon LNovember 13, 2014Worst crown plaza I've stayed at. Short staffed with stuffy rooms. Aircon runs helplessly. Takes ages to get served at the restaurant. Bar has no seating. Only table service. Crap location. Run!
