Darden is a great trainer, work you hard, but also if you have injury works around it until better. Get Darden, lost 56 pounds with him So far.

Bradley WyattJanuary 8, 2013I went in and tried doing the guest pass and the man was incredibly rude & mean to everyone in my party. I highly recommend NOT coming here as everyone seemed to be rude & do not care about customer!

St.Charles location has a ton of cardio tvs broken. Dont appreciate this at all!! :-(
I hate when people don't take the weights off when they're done. Lazy asses...I got a workout before I started!
