Amazing hotel to stay at in Midtown Manhattan! Complimentary goodies in the room, including snacks, beverages, AND slippers! The French toast in the restaurant is to die for!
A pot of chai tea is just what you need before the hectic workday. And enjoy your briochebreakfast sandwich with a fantastically made homemade ketchup.
Decent hotel for a stay near Bryant Park. Pricey but good breakfast food (not included) and large (for NY) gym. Do ask for a „splash suite“ - they have a view of the library!
Fantastic breakfast. Highlight include the lemonpoppyseedpancakes, the parmesaneggs, and the bacon. Check out the second floor of the hotel for great views and large conference rooms.
Stayed in the Andaz's in both San Diego as well as here. Both are great -- free mini-bar, internet, friendly staff, awesome location. Highly reccomend.
Smaller plates include the roasted lemon chicken on tarragon and couscous ($11). Among the larger entrees and sandwiches, try poached fish with mintsalad ($20) or the pulled-pork sandwich ($10). Read more
Service model at Andaz unique and impeccable. From moment they greet you to anything you need, each service person has a get done attitude and they deliver. My new go to hotel for midtown
Don't let them put you in the North Tower...unless you're prepared to walk through events on the second floor every time you want to go to or from your room and get mean looks from PR chicks.
The hotel's seven suites with freestanding tubs offer views of the Empire State Building and the Public Library—as do less expensive XL View King rooms.
Room itself was fine - the bathroom is huge and really cool. Unfortunately, the service wasn't as good. There were no ice machines so we called and asked for ice several times but never received it.
