- There is so much equipment here; it's worth it to come work out. I just wish they weren't blasting trap music at 10 times the proper volume all the time.
- Be sure to visit the Outdoor Adventure Center on the 1st floor down the hallway near the racquetball courts. They rent out surfboards, boats, tents, and more. Plus the people there are super cool.
- I’ve been coming to this gym for 4 years and even though I graduated, I pay 45 bucks per month to come here. Yes, this is the best gym in Central Florida! Spinning group exercise is really a good one.Upvoted Feb 20
- The treadmills and ellipticals always fill up fast, but usually open up quickly too. The medicine balls on the second floor are a great way to work out!

- Best time to go is either early morning or later in the evening. Make sure to try situational abs with Melissa - she's amazing!
- Danielle has the best spin class! Her playlists and energy make you want to try your hardest the whole class!
- The best personal trainer there is Samantha W! She's amazing and will help you meet all of your goals!

- Heather has the best Zumba class! So much fun and a good workout!
- U don't need to go with friends, take initiative and go! Friends will see your example and join eventually
- Best time to go is in the morning, hardly anyone's there.
- The renovation is amazing! Plenty of space even with all the crowds of the beginning of the semester
- Sunday is always dead. If you don't come early in the morning you will be fighting for equipment

- Just because you are at the gym doesn't mean your gonna lose weight. You need to actually do something there.
