- Nenzo CruzSeptember 27, 2016Me and a few friends rented a house here (1218 Mokulua) . Towards the end of our stay we all wanted to move to Hawaii. Stunningly gorgeous beach and lovely community.
- Kyle PickeringFebruary 19, 2018Very beautiful, clean beach with amazing views. There wasn’t parking nearby, but you can park at the larger park and walk along the street to get to the beach.
- Adam StallmanMay 11, 2017This beach consistently gets voted as one of the most beautiful beaches in the nation. With a sandy beach, blue water protected by reefs, and views of several off shore islands , it's easy to see why.
- Miguel RodriguezJune 8, 2015Great beach for the little ones. I don't know if it was that specific day we went but the water was blue but lacked the crystal clear. Over all had a great experience and gorgeous views!
- Dee PhunkAugust 17, 2011It just so happens that the nicest beach in Oahu is GREAT for beginners. Crystal clear, calm waters. Park on Kuailima Dr for a direct outlet to the beach & less crowds.

- Remo MalarikMay 9, 2022Nicest beach in the world, great for snorkeling, but a little tricky with parking. Have to find something on the street in the neighborhood.
- Stacy Kaiulani TaylorMarch 24, 2014The most incredible beach in the world!!! Baby powder sand, light turquoise crystal clear water, great to paddle out to the mokes, serene with friendly people if you do see anyone.
- Too many people, but the beach is soft sand and the water and reef is spectacular. My favorite beach.
- Jack GashiFebruary 17, 2015A truly stunning, serene beach. Clear water and sand with the texture of flour. One of the most tranquil places I've been.
- Tomiana DeBellisMarch 2, 2016Beautiful sandy beach with a view of the Mokes. Be prepared as it can be windy here.
- Mishell PaulinoJuly 18, 2012Right next to Kailua Beach, you have to drive and park in a small, upscale neighborhood to get here. The scenery is amazing and the water is absolutely calm.
- Paige CJanuary 2, 2015This is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever been to! Calm, peaceful, serene. Great for snorkeling!
- Dale YamsSeptember 3, 2010Bring your own umbrella/shade/tent plenty of lotion. Very strong winds. But very beautiful place to visit! Take lots of pics to share with friends, and bring snorkeling gear.
- EdykatOctober 27, 2018This is by far one of the most cleaner and nicer beach. 35-40 mins drive from Waikiki
- Christina AdrianiAugust 18, 2013Stunning more secluded beach. While you're here don't forget to grab a fish taco with mango salsa or coconut shrimps from the Lanikai Shrimp Truck http://bit.ly/1eUhORI
- Great place to watch the sunrise above the Mokes. Go early and bring a light jacket -- it can get quite breezy.
- Abby L.August 30, 2011My favorite beach in the whole wide world... be respectful! This beach is the front lawn/backyard of lots of people!
- OliverNovember 26, 2013Beautiful beach. For snorkeling at least as good as Hanauma Bay whilst cheaper and less crowded. Go there!
- Heidi HancockFebruary 12, 2015You can kayak out to one of the little islands. A short trip and much fun.

- Hey guys, this is the "Park" and not the beach... Nice grassy area used mainly by the local canoe clubs and community. Just saying---
- Michael WanDecember 9, 2010Great place on a sunny day. Snorkeling is good but fish are much smaller than other snorkel spots. Extra fine powdery white sand. No facilities so be sure to use the restroom before coming here.
- The sand here is particularly awesome for sand castle building! Bring your buckets and build your sand dynasty.
- KeyanaAugust 2, 2011My favorite beach. White sand and a beautiful view of the Mokuluas. Much less crowded than Kailua Beach and calmer surf than Kalama.
- CarmenMarch 7, 2015It is really a residential beach and there are very few places where you can park your car
- Ivan Erickson GalangJuly 8, 2015Scenery is very beautiful. Not too crowded. Perfect to relax and just sleep and hangout.
- Joshua WalkerAugust 24, 2014Can Be windy. Easy to just wade at the shore or swim out a little. Kayaking in front you may see sea turtles 😉

- Tamas DoberMarch 5, 2018The sand was so nice, it was amazing. We saw some outrigger canoes, it was fun.
- Carrie BevisJune 27, 2016Fairly crowded, but has a few public restrooms nearby. Hike the pillbox and then chill by the beach.

- Arvind PuriAugust 6, 2010Lanikai beach snorkeling instructions: swim 20 feet into water, wear snorkel, see lotsa fish! Perfect for kids, soft powdery sand, gentle waves.
- No lifeguards. Great beach for families and kids as waves and tides are generally gentle.
- Cheryl NguyenAugust 28, 2011If you want to kayak, get here before noon or book in advance. Rentals are not off the beach-head into town to pick one up
- Nikki AtienzaMay 22, 2012If u get stung by a Portuguese Manowar (however u spell it) rub sand on it ASAP! Or bring vinegar just in case to rub on it too. :)
- Alvin ChinSeptember 12, 2011Best beach I've been to in oahu! Sand is extremely soft and we saw a lot of sea turtles
- This is the best beach on Oahu. White sand, turquoise water, and not a lot of people. Beautiful!
