Baby powder sand, light turquoise crystal clear water, great to paddle out to the mokes, serene with friendly people if you do see anyone.
Too many people, but the beach is soft sand and the water and reef is spectacular. My favorite beach.

Great place to watch the sunrise above the Mokes. Go early and bring a light jacket -- it can get quite breezy.

Hey guys, this is the "Park" and not the beach... Nice grassy area used mainly by the local canoe clubs and community. Just saying---
Michael WanDecember 9, 2010Great place on a sunny day. Snorkeling is good but fish are much smaller than other snorkel spots. Extra fine powdery white sand. No facilities so be sure to use the restroom before coming here.
The sand here is particularly awesome for sand castle building! Bring your buckets and build your sand dynasty.

Arvind PuriAugust 6, 2010Lanikai beach snorkeling instructions: swim 20 feet into water, wear snorkel, see lotsa fish! Perfect for kids, soft powdery sand, gentle waves.- No lifeguards. Great beach for families and kids as waves and tides are generally gentle.
