Wonderful Victorian building that’s more an event space than a local government base. Hosts events both in the ornate Victoria Hall & the smaller Albert room. The basement is often used as a bar.

They don't advertise it well, but under 26s can get any tickets (even ones costing £50+) to the international concert season every year for £5
