Uncle PerryJanuary 19, 2013If you reserve an Economy class car, they may try to upsell you on a more expensive car. Often they have Compact (better) cars parked in the Economy section (same $)- b/c they run out of Economy cars.

Did the same in LAX in july 2012. No problem at all !

Stacy LuceJune 17, 2013DO NOT USE THIS CAR RENTAL! We waited 45 minutes for the shuttle and then two buses drove by us too full to pick us up. We had to take a $20.00 taxi ride to the pick up our cars.

Great rates if you are not in a hurry. Limited but service at the airport. Expect to wait 10-30 minutes for the bus

Shuttle and service was quick BUT the line to get out of the parking lot was terrible. Took almost 20 minutes since there was only one attendant and a line up of cars!
