William SieNovember 28, 2014Best location in all of Jakarta and a very comfortable hotel to stay in. Attached to Plaza Indonesia with tons of restaurants, cafes to choose from if you are lazy to leave the hotel.
Club rooms are very large, lounge is great. But the breakfast is simply amazing. Huge variety! Mall connected to the hotel is also very nice
Fredrik StenbeckAugust 6, 2014Probably the most logic place to stay if you are a on a business trip. Great rooms and would highly recommend a room with executive launch access, makes the stay much more comfortable.
The best service I received in a hotel is here. Delighting the guest seem to be their policy and the staff do it with such sincerity. Best fitness club that's huge. Unfortunately it closes at 11pm.
Julie QiuNovember 12, 2010You really can't beat the fitness center here. It's HUGE, clean, and even smells nice (citrusy sweetness). A workout rat's paradise. Locker rooms are also equipped with hot tub, sauna, and steam room.
My favorite hotel in Jakarta! Great location, great people and awesome customer service. Highly recommend
