the Lulu market has its section for cooked food, i really find it a bargain, u dont need to get food and cook it, buy it from there. Its really tasty, cheap and clean.

If you're looking for 'authentic' Abu Dhabi (whatever that means), Madinat Zayed is a great place to start. Also the perfect place to find souvenirs and presents for friends and family!
