I have heard that if you want your MB fixed right you have to go to there Germantown store.Upvoted 4 days ago- Skilled labor isn't cheap & cheap labor isn't skilled. Many poorly trained,unskilled techs here. Factory training use to be really good. Not so much training anymore.
Check out the Mercedes-Benz Boutique in the Service area, a great place to shop for lots of gifts. It is not just the parts dept, it is a real store with someone who understands gifts and goodies!
