- J RApril 6, 2014When arriving at T2 and planning to catch a train make sure to calculate extra time to get to the train station. A free shuttle bus takes you there (in 8min), but in the evening in 20 min intervals.

- Roadworks and diversions within 1km radius of the terminal. Careful not to miss a turn if you are running late. You could easily miss your flight.

- T2 at FRA: not many options for eating or drinking for D-gates airside (after security). Lots of seating, including recliner seats. Also, Iberia Sala VIP (oneworld), AirFrance lounge (SkyTeam).

- LufthansaOctober 13, 2014If you are flying somewhere warm from Frankfurt- simply drop your winter coat at the luggage storage service, available in Terminals 1 and 2, for 50 cents a day, and pick it up on your way home.
